Erik Neugaard's work experience begins with their role as an Environmental Scientist at the Florida Department of Transportation from an unspecified date until 1999. Erik then worked as a Senior Environmental Scientist/Planner at Keith and Schnars from 1999 to 2003. Following this, Erik joined RS&H as an Environmental/Planning Program Manager, where they stayed until 2015. In 2015, they held positions as the Environmental/Permitting Department Head at Coastal Systems International, Inc. and as Vice President at NEU Environmental & Planning LLC. Erik then became President of NEU Education & Training LLC from 1986 to 2016. Erik Neugaard completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Natural Sciences from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marine Biology at Nova Southeastern University, attending the institution from 2001 to 2003.
