Stephanie Ford is an experienced educator currently serving as a 5th Grade Teacher, Parent Engagement Facilitator, School Improvement Coordinator, and member of the PBIS Cohort at Port Huron Schools since September 2017. With a focus on educational leadership and community engagement, Stephanie has developed expertise in PBIS, MTSS, Title 1 & 2, and Trauma-Informed Social & Emotional Learning. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Leader in Me School-Wide Facilitator at Algonac Community Schools, leading a transformation process for a student body of approximately 650 and integrating 21st century leadership skills into the school culture. Stephanie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Northern Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts from St. Clair County Community College.
