The Emergency Medical Services Team at Port Jefferson EMS is responsible for providing timely and advanced pre-hospital critical care and transport to the sick and injured in the communities of Belle Terre, Mt. Sinai, and Port Jefferson. Consisting primarily of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and a Paramedic, this team ensures high standards of medical care, exceeding New York State requirements, and actively engages in continuous education and community outreach to enhance safety and wellness.
