Adam Roberts

Adam Roberts has extensive experience in both public service and entrepreneurship. Elected as a Councillor in December 2021 and serving as Deputy Mayor since January 2022 at Port Macquarie Hastings Council, Adam previously held similar roles at the council from 2012 to 2014. As a business consultant since 2011, Adam is currently focused on the project "Barbecue Like a Boss." A co-founder and inaugural General Manager of the Australasian Barbecue Alliance from 2014 to 2021, Adam also owned and operated Cue Deli from 2019 to 2021, specializing in barbecue products. Other entrepreneurial endeavors include ownership of a mobile food trailer, Digital Signs & Printing, and board memberships in several non-profit organizations. Adam has a background in graphic design and corporate experience with Country Energy. Education was completed at Heritage Christian School.
