Rachel Bennett

Rachel Bennett is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Innovation, Process & Compliance Manager and Water and Sewer Engineering Planning Manager at Port Macquarie Hastings Council, Rachel oversees the engineering planning of water and sewer infrastructure, focusing on maintenance and upgrades. Previous roles include Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Process Engineer at Boral Roofing, as well as Reliability & Improvement Process Engineer and Process Safety & Risk Engineer at Incitec Pivot Limited. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Newcastle, along with an HSC from Port Macquarie High School.
