Heather Roy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at Port Marlborough NZ Ltd and as a Board Member for Financial Advice New Zealand and the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, Heather also holds the position of Independent Chair for the Electricity Authority Security and Reliability Council and Utilities Disputes. With a background that includes being the Chief Engagement Officer at Torquepoint Ltd and co-founding Black Swans, Heather has previously held significant roles such as Independent Chair of the Advertising Standards Authority (NZ) and Foxplan Ltd, as well as Chair of Medicines New Zealand.
