Lucy Allan

Lucy Allan is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Lucy serves as a People Advisor at Port Nelson Limited since January 2024. Prior positions include Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Administrator at Nelson Marlborough Health from April 2021 to December 2023, and Customer Success Manager at Retail Links from March 2019 to April 2021. Earlier roles involved serving as a Human Resources Graduate at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare and positions in customer service and market research. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources and minors in management and marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago. Lucy's foundational education was completed at Dunstan High School, coupled with participation in Outward Bound since 2012.
