Jessica Ragusa-Nunes

Jessica Ragusa-Nunes currently serves as the Deputy Director of Governmental Affairs at the Port of New Orleans, a position held since March 2019. Jessica also held the role of Communications Manager at the Port of New Orleans. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Account Manager at Spears Group from August 2018 to March 2019. Jessica's experience includes serving as the Deputy Communications Director for the Office of Lieutenant Governor in Louisiana from January 2016 to July 2018 and as Communications Director for Scott Angelle’s gubernatorial campaign from March to December 2015. Additionally, Jessica was the Public Information Officer for Plaquemines Parish Government from February 2014 to February 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies from Louisiana State University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
