Nele Odegard

Nele Odegard is an HR professional with extensive experience in organizational design, change management, and learning and development. Currently serving as HR Advisor Organisation Design & Change at Port of Antwerp-Bruges since August 2020, Odegard has previously held positions including Change Management Consultant at Xylos, L&D Responsible at ETAP, and Senior HCM Solution Consultant at Oracle. Additionally, Odegard has worked as an HR Management Consultant at Capgemini Belgium, where various roles included change management and business transformation. Early career experience includes serving as a Regional Training Coordinator and Instructor for the American Red Cross and senior HR consultant and project manager at Capgemini in the Netherlands, focusing on global SAP HCM implementations. Odegard holds a Master of Science in Multilingual Corporate Communications and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
