Musallam al-Rahbi

Musallam Al-Rahbi has a strong background in GIS, spatial data operations, and design. Musallam started their career as a GIS Analyst at the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, where they collected and compiled data for reports and statistical information about the road network in the Sultanate. Musallam then moved on to work at Muscat Geosystems Co. as a Partner, before joining the Port of Duqm Company SAOC. At the Port of Duqm, they served as a GIS Generalist, implementing and operating GIS applications/services to support daily operations. Musallam later became the Head of Design & GIS Services, responsible for leading spatial data operations and ensuring effective cooperation between teams.

Musallam Al-Rahbi completed their secondary education at Ahmed Bin Said Al-Khalili Secondary School from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a Secondary Certificate in Secondary Education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geographical Information Systems with a minor in an unspecified field of study at Sultan Qaboos University from 2001 to 2008. It is also worth noting that Musallam Al-Rahbi has obtained additional certification in Base Editor and Engineering Analysis Module Training from CARIS, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
