Gavin Abshire

Gavin Abshire, CSI, CDT, PMP, is the President and Senior Project Manager at River West Enterprises, Inc., specializing in Owner Representative and Agency Construction Management project management since September 2005. Additionally, Gavin has served as the Owner Representative and Senior Project Manager for capital projects at the Port of Lake Charles since October 2006, focusing on quality management oversight. Previously, Gavin held the position of Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Cypress General Contractors from December 1997 to September 2006 and worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at David Abshire Construction, Inc., from May 1989 to October 1997. Gavin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Project Management from Capella University between 2012 and 2015, with prior education at McNeese State University and Westlake High School.
