Matthew Beach

Matthew Beach is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in the industry. Currently serving as Owner’s Representative at Thompson Thrift since October 2021, Matthew oversees multiple projects including The Junction, The Quarry by Watermark, and Upland Flats by Watermark. Previously, at Shiel Sexton from April 2014 to September 2021, Matthew held various positions including Project Manager for significant developments such as the BSU Foundational Sciences and Thirty West 1st; and also contributed as Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinator across multiple projects. Earlier experience at Shiel Sexton included a role as Project Coordinator for The Alexander Hotel, a $26 million project. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and has furthered education with studies in Economics and Financial Markets at Yale University.
