Karen Fuller

Karen Fuller has an extensive work history in human resources and leadership roles. Karen is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at the Port of London Authority since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of People and Safety Director at HCT Group from 2020 to 2022. Karen has also served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Absolute Support London from 2020 to 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Director and consultant, both self-employed and at Greene King Brewing and Brands in 2020. Karen was the Human Resources Director at RATP DEV UK LTD from 2019 to 2020 and held the position of HR Director at the same company from 2005 to 2019. Karen also has experience as a Non-Executive Director at HR Richmond Limited from 2016 to 2017, and as the Chairperson at London United Retirement Benefits Plan from 2008 to 2016. Finally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at BOURNEMOUTH TRANSPORT LIMITED from 2006 to 2010.

Karen Fuller has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University. Karen also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Reading. In addition, they have obtained the MCIPD certification from the CIPD in January 2010.
