Shannon Troutman

Shannon Troutman, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Administrative Analyst II for the Port of Long Beach, specializing in tenant services and operations since March 2018. Additionally, Shannon holds the position of Vice Chair/Secretary for The Elgin Foundation for Wellness, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, where responsibilities include leading the Technology & Communications Committee. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Analyst at Storage Etc, an Office Assistant III at AFSCME, and an Emerging Leaders Intern for Congressman Donald M. Payne. Shannon's educational background features a Master of Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by international experience at The University of Hong Kong.
