Bobbi Matthews

Bobbi Matthews, FNIGP, serves as the Director of Administrative Services at the Port of Portland since May 2000, overseeing contracting, small business initiatives, headquarters operations, and mail distribution. Additionally, Bobbi has held multiple leadership roles within NIGP The Institute for Public Procurement since July 2013, including Director of Administrative Services, Manager of Contracts & Procurement, and Past President during 2010-2011, as well as Second Vice President.
