Wellness Program Coordinator at Port of Portland

Courtney Rust has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career at the Museum of Science as a Program Presenter, where they engaged with visitors and assisted in research and interpretation of data. Courtney then worked as a Clinical Assistant II at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before joining Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Research Assistant II. In this role, they coordinated clinical research studies and recruited patients. Currently, they are working at the Port of Portland as a Wellness Program Coordinator, where they developed and implemented a corporate wellness program for over 750 employees. Courtney manages the budget, tracks engagement, and chairs the wellness committee.

Courtney Rust has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which was obtained from 2006 to 2010. Following that, Courtney completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from the National University of Natural Medicine, studying from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, Courtney obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Portland State University during the period 2018 to 2019.
