Donna Prigmore has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Donna started their career in 1996 with the Oregon Air National Guard, where they held positions such as Vice Commander and Mission Support Group Commander. Donna'sresponsibilities included overseeing operations, emergency responses, and training pilots. In 2017, Donna worked as an Executive Officer at the Departement of Defense, supporting the Vice Chief of National Guard Bureau. Donna also served as a Senior Manager at the Port of Portland, where they led a multi-functional department responsible for terminal and landside operations. Donna's role involved managing a large team, driving strategy, and overseeing capital-funded projects. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Relations Manager, where they led multiple airport programs and developed a comprehensive customer service program. In 2019, Donna was selected as the first female Brigadier General to lead the Oregon Air National Guard, where they provided leadership and strategic direction to 2400 employees. Donna Prigmore earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University. Donna later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, PR, and Communications at Oklahoma State University, obtaining their degree in May 1992. In addition to their academic achievements, Donna Prigmore also holds an MBA certification from Oklahoma State University.
