Heidi Bullock

Environmental Program Manager at Port of Portland

Heidi Bullock began their work experience in 1995 as an Environmental Scientist at the Idaho National Laboratory. Heidi worked there until February 2001. After that, from 2001 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Scientist/Project Manager at AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc. Heidi then joined Landau Associates in 2007 as the Portland Business Unit Manager, Associate Hydrogeologist, and worked there until June 2011. Currently, they are working at the Port of Portland as an Environmental Program Manager, specifically managing the Portland Harbor Superfund Site Liability Management Program and leading the Port's allocation team. Their primary responsibilities include establishing strategies and setting priorities for successful resolution of Port liability.

Heidi Bullock obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology with an Environmental Emphasis and a minor in Chemistry from Utah State University. Heidi pursued further education at the University of Idaho, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Hydrology with a focus on Hydrogeology.
