Jeremiah Hartley

Jeremiah Hartley is an experienced Airport Rental Car Manager at the Port of Portland since May 2013, overseeing the Rental Car program at Portland International Airport, focusing on operations, property management, and tenant relations, while recently spearheading the installation of EV chargers. Previously, Jeremiah held two roles as Concessions Operations Manager, responsible for driving revenue through marketing and partnerships, managing daily operations and logistics for concessions. Earlier experience includes serving as Rideshare Sales Supervisor and Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities included account management and branch operations. Jeremiah holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Portland, earned in 2006.
