Mahsa Eshghi

Mahsa Eshghi, PE is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager at the Port of Portland since September 2023, with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Previously, Mahsa served as a Project Engineer at MacKay Sposito, where roadway infrastructure and utility system designs were developed in alignment with jurisdictional requirements and client needs. Earlier roles include Transportation Manager and Civil Engineer at Akana, focusing on transportation infrastructure design and project management. Mahsa's career began at the City of Vancouver, Washington, managing local street improvement projects and reviewing civil plans. Additionally, roles at Robertson GeoConsulting Ltd., GEOSYS Technology Solutions Ltd., and Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Co. involved geomatics, GIS analysis, and overseeing teams for various mapping projects. Mahsa holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation major from Portland State University.
