Walter Marchbanks

Walter Marchbanks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and program management at the Port of Portland since 2011. Currently serving as the Customer Programs and Services Manager, Marchbanks oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing the airport user experience, particularly focusing on employee engagement through the PDX people program. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Customer Relations and Concessions Operations Manager at the Port of Portland, as well as Director of Concessions for Ovations Food Services, LP, where responsibilities encompassed managing food and beverage operations and serving as General Manager of the Portland International Raceway. Marchbanks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oregon State University.
