Bart Broch

Bart Broch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the accounting and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Business Controller and previously as a Financial Controller at the Port of Rotterdam since June 2014, Bart is responsible for commercial business control and has also taken on a role as a digitalization business partner. Prior to this, Bart worked at BDO Nederland from October 2010 to June 2014 as a Junior Manager, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of (inter)national financial statement audits. Bart's earlier career includes a position as a Senior Assistant at KPMG from September 2006 to September 2010, progressing through roles as a Senior and Trainee. Bart holds a Diploma as a Dutch Certified Public Accountant (RA) from NBA (2006-2013), a Post Graduate degree in Accountancy from Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance (2006-2009), and a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2001-2006).
