Damian Gonsalves has extensive experience in maritime operations and logistics, currently serving in a role focused on port call optimization, operational efficiency, and the development of digital business solutions at the Port of Rotterdam since June 2022. Prior to this, Gonsalves worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk from February 2008 to May 2022, holding various positions including Marine Execution Manager, where responsibilities included managing a 24/7 marine team and driving operational efficiency across Northern Europe.
