Emma Taapken

Emma Taapken has extensive experience in marketing and communications, primarily within the maritime and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing Communications Advisor, Business Manager, and Product Lead for Digital Business Solutions at the Port of Rotterdam since June 2018, Emma has contributed to various digital initiatives. Previous roles include Marketing Advisor and Marketing Trainee at Damen Shiprepair & Conversion, where Emma focused on marketing strategies and lead generation. Emma also held the position of Communication Officer at Erasmus University Rotterdam, managing PR and website content for the Language & Training Centre. Additional experiences include a marketing internship at the Port of Amsterdam and various roles in customer service and event coordination. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Master's from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
