Fabio Grandchamp

Fabio Grandchamp has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Fabio is currently the Executive Vice President and COO at Complexo do Pecém. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Complexo do Pecém, a joint venture of the Port of Rotterdam. Fabio also worked as a Board Member at APM Terminals Gothenburg, where they focused on trade enablement and logistics. At APM Terminals, Fabio held several positions, including Chief Commercial Officer for Europe and Global Key Account Director. Before that, they worked at Hamburg Sud, where they held roles such as Head of Procurement and BI and Market Intelligence and Tender Manager. Fabio started their career as a Computer Engineer at Alstom.

Fabio Grandchamp has a strong educational background in business strategy and executive leadership. In 1999, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electric/Computer Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). From 2004 to 2007, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Business Strategy at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Continuing their education in the field of leadership, Fabio enrolled in multiple executive education programs. In 2020, they completed a program at IMD focused on Leading the Transformation – Innovation and Change Management. Fabio further enhanced their skills in executive leadership by attending the executive education program at Harvard Business School. In 2022, they completed the Leadership for Senior Executives program and obtained certification in Driving Digital Strategy.
