Karan Tikai

Karan Tikai has extensive experience in asset management and technical advisory roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at the Port of Rotterdam since June 2023, Karan previously worked as a Technical Advisor at Rijkswaterstaat from April 2017 to August 2023, focusing on storm surge barriers and the MARS system for dredging processes. Karan's earlier experience includes a Graduate Internship at Boskalis, and positions as an Intern at PEMEX Exploración y Producción in collaboration with TU Delft, and as an Assistant R&D Engineer at Allseas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Offshore Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology, along with advanced secondary education in Nature & Technology from Citycollege St. Fransiscus.
