Marco Wensveen

Marco Wensveen is an experienced asset manager at the Port of Rotterdam since February 2005, responsible for environmental, contract, and sediment management, as well as compliance at a strategic and tactical level. Prior to this role, Marco served as a quality coordinator and maintenance engineer, overseeing the quality system for asset management and facilities based on PAS55 / ISO 55000. Marco's career includes positions as a project leader for water projects at De Straat Milieuadviseurs, an advisor on soil and residual materials at Gemeentewerken Rotterdam, and an environmental employee at the Municipality of Vlaardingen. Marco holds a degree in Environmental Science, with a specialization in Environmental Planning, from Saxion Hogescholen.
