Paul Teuben

Paul Teuben has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in payroll and compensation, with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Teamleader HR Payroll & Support at Port of Rotterdam since January 2016, Paul previously held the position of Manager Payroll/HR Services and Compensation & Benefits at Heerema Fabrication Group from July 2009 to December 2015. In this role, Paul was responsible for overseeing payroll and HR administration across multiple countries, developing compensation policies, and implementing HR systems. Prior to this, Paul was the Mobility Coordinator and Teamleader at Stork Fokker AESP B.V. from August 1998 to 2009, where responsibilities included coordinating mobility operations for expatriates and optimizing HR systems. Paul holds education credentials from ISBW and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
