Refke Gunnewijk

Refke Gunnewijk serves as the Head of Clean Industry & Transport and Lead of Sustainable Supply Chains at the Port of Rotterdam since November 2016, focusing on management and business development for the energy transition department. Prior experiences include roles as an Adviseur in the Environmental department, Board member of YoungPoR, and a graduate intern at Royal HaskoningDHV. Earlier internships at Deloitte and participation in multidisciplinary projects like the Ike Dike initiative further highlight expertise in sustainable transport and strategy. Refke holds a Master of Science in Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Delft University of Technology, along with additional qualifications from the University of Melbourne and the University of Amsterdam.
