Silvia Pubben

Silvia Pubben is a Project Engineer at the Port of Rotterdam, specializing in Port Development and Wet Infrastructure since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Young Professional at Jelmer, where Silvia participated in a three-year multi-company traineeship focused on civil engineering and personal development. Before that, Silvia worked as a Tender Coordinator at VolkerWessels Infra Competence Centre, providing support in tender management and risk assessment. Additional roles include Advisor for Coastal matters at Rijkswaterstaat and a graduate researcher at Deltares, where research on density-driven flows in estuarine systems took place. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a foundational year in Architecture.
