Uday Prasad

Uday Prasad possesses extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as Acting Chief Harbor Engineer at the Port of San Francisco since 2002. Prior roles at the same organization include Principal Engineer/Assistant Chief Harbor Engineer, Senior Civil Structural Engineer, and Civil Structural Engineer. Before joining the Port of San Francisco, Uday Prasad worked as an Associate Civil Structural Engineer for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from 1999 to 2001 and held positions as Assistant Civil Engineer and Junior Civil Engineer at San Francisco Public Works between 1992 and 1999. Uday Prasad earned a Master of Science in Civil (Structural) Engineering from San Jose State University in 1992.
