Julie Yun

Julie Yun is a Capital Project Manager at the Port of Seattle since September 2021, overseeing maritime and environmental capital projects encompassing industrial maintenance, sustainability, and building improvements. Previously, Julie held the role of Project Manager at BP - Olympic Pipeline from October 2017 to September 2021, managing small to mid-sized capital projects related to production pipelines, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Earlier experience includes serving as a Completion Engineer at BP, focusing on large capital projects for offshore infrastructure, and a Well Completion Intern at Shell Oil Company where data analysis supported engineering teams. Julie also gained experience as an Engineer Co-op/Intern at GAF Materials Corporation, where vendor management contributed to significant project cost savings. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington.
