Joe Caldwell has over 30 years of work experience, starting as Production Manager at Clarke American in 1989. Joe then worked as Sr. Manufacturing Manager at Harland Clarke from 1997 to 2013. Joe later joined Boeing - P-8A Poseidon as Program Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Port of Tacoma since 2016.
Joe Caldwell attended the University of Washington from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Economics.
