Marie Glanville

Marie Glanville has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Marie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Port of Tyne since 2015. Prior to that, they were the Group Financial Controller at IDS from 2012 to 2015. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Interim Group Finance Director at Gentoo Group Limited. Marie also had a strategic executive role at RealWire Limited in 2010, where they helped develop a new internet application. From 2002 to 2008, Marie served as the Company Secretary and Financial Operations Director at Grainger plc, where they advised the board on governance and regulatory issues. Marie also held the position of Group Financial Controller at The Go Ahead Group PLC from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, Marie worked as an Audit Assistant/Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 1998.

Marie Glanville attended the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a 2:1 BA degree in Mathematics.
