Amanda Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and communications within various organizations. Currently serving as a Legal Project Manager at Port Tampa Bay since November 2025, Amanda previously worked as a Public Relations Production Coordinator for Hillsborough County from September 2022 to November 2025. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Communications at Saint Leo University from August 2013 to October 2022, and various positions at the University of the Arts, including Associate Director of Student Financial Services and Associate Director of Development between January 2007 and July 2013. Amanda also worked as a Database Manager & Development Associate at the Curtis Institute of Music from 2005 to 2007 and started a career as a Development Associate at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts from 2003 to 2005.
