Christyna Doege has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Christyna started their career at Sherpa Marketing as a Direct Sales Intern and represented a Fortune 500 company. After that, they worked as an English teacher at American TPR English School, where they taught conversational English to various age levels. Christyna then joined American Finance Adjusters as an Executive Administrator, where they acted as a liaison between the Tampa and corporate office, and executed all front office activities and VP projects while addressing client, debtor, and transporter concerns and needs. Later they worked at CP Ships as an Export Bookings-Gulf-Customer Service, where they created and maintained complex ocean export bookings from U.S. ports-of-load to worldwide destinations. After that, they worked as a Billing Analyst at Ports America, where they invoiced all Tampa's multi-million dollar terminal activities and services, including terminal handling, container freight stations, storage, stevedoring, and line handling. Finally, at Port Tampa Bay, they played multiple roles like Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Billing Analyst- managing and maintaining all financial aspects of all Tampa Port Authority leases, licenses, and concession areas as well as compiling and evaluating port statistics. Before that, they were a Port Tampa Bay Marketing Program Coordinator, and currently, they are serving as Client Engagement Manager at Port Tampa Bay where they focus on engaging with current port tenants and users through customer events and visits both company specific and port-wide.

Christyna Doege received a Master's of Science degree in International Management & Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy during the period 2021-2023. Christyna graduated with a Bachelor Business Administration in International Business (magna cum laude) from Stetson University in the period 1999-2002 with a focus in International Business. Christyna has also obtained a certification in Maritime Port Executive from the International Association of Maritime and Port Executives in November 2021.
