Emma Boucher is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Port Waratah Coal Services since January 2018, Emma has previously held positions such as Head of Human Resources - Shared Services and Senior Human Resources Manager at Pacific National from November 2010 to December 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Specialist at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils and HR / ER Coordinator at St Vincent's Health Australia. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, and Management from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2006.

Port Waratah Coal Services have been receiving, stockpiling, blending and loading coal for export in the Port of Newcastle for 40 years. We own and manage the Kooragang and Carrington Coal Terminals, with a combined capacity of 145 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). We have approximately 350 employees working across our business, operating our terminals 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
