Sophie Turner

Sophie Turner is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in human-centered design and service design across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Design Strategist at Portable since March 2022, Sophie previously held the role of Lead Service Designer at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria) from October 2017 to March 2022, focusing on enhancing government services for Victorians. Other notable positions include Design and Innovation Consultant for the Department of Health, and numerous freelance and contract roles in experience design, collaborating with organizations like World Vision Australia and the State Library Queensland. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCL, earned between 1997 and 2000.
