Steve Parker is an accomplished PGA Teaching Professional and PGA Coach currently serving as PGA Director of Golf Operations at Portage Country Club since January 2016. In addition to this role, Steve has been the District 5 Director for the PGA of America since November 2022. Previously, Steve held positions as PGA Head Golf Professional at Firestone Country Club and Wanakah Country Club, as well as PGA Director of Instruction at Firestone Country Club. Steve's experience also includes serving as Executive Director of The First Tee of Akron. Steve holds a B.S. in Finance from Kent State University and is a PGA Certified Professional as of May 2023.
