With a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Kent State University, Elizabeth has held various roles in different organizations such as Summa Health and Portage Learning. Their experience includes positions such as patient services manager, dietetic intern, and nutrition assistant. Elizabeth also has volunteer experience as a counselor and camp counselor, showcasing their dedication to helping others.
