Elyse Murphy is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a diverse background in consulting and business advisory firms. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Portage Point Partners since February 2023, Elyse previously held the role of Business Transformation Recruiting Lead at Riveron and was a Talent Acquisition Manager at both West Monroe and Slalom Consulting. Elyse's expertise includes full life-cycle recruitment, talent branding strategies, and partnership with hiring managers to refine interview processes. Elyse started as a Campus Recruiter at Sendero and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and International Studies from Southern Methodist University, alongside additional studies at the Danish Institute of Study Abroad.
