Jeremy Glass

Jeremy Glass is a Managing Director in the Valuations Practice at Portage Point Partners in the New York office. Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including more than 15 years dedicated to the valuation of illiquid assets and private companies. Jeremy plays a key role in shaping the growth and delivery of valuation services at Portage Point.

Jeremy’s background spans both the buy-side and sell-side of the market, providing a well-rounded understanding of client needs across the investment lifecycle. Jeremy advises financial sponsors, fund managers and corporate clients on portfolio and fund-level valuation, complex securities, financial modeling, transaction support, valuation governance and data strategy. He is known for delivering thoughtful insights and applying creative, practical thinking to help clients resolve complex valuation and analytical challenges. Jeremy brings a global perspective, having worked in the US, UK and Middle East.

Prior to Portage Point, Jeremy was a Director in the Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services group at Houlihan Lokey, co-leading the firm’s Tel Aviv office and played a key role in developing the firm’s valuation outsourcing and limited partner interest valuation offerings. Earlier in his career, Jeremy served as Head of Valuation at York Capital Management, overseeing the valuation of a multi-billion-dollar global portfolio of private credit and equity investments.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) in Finance from Yeshiva University.
