As the Founder and Change Maker of PathBreak since 2019, Judy offers change management services. Past roles include SVP and Chief Culture Officer at DCM, where Judy led strategic organizational change efforts, and various senior HR positions at companies such as S.A. Armstrong Limited, Mabe, and Trillium Health Care Products Inc. Judy's academic background includes a certification from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, a degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor.
