Leslie Rivers

Leslie Rivers is an HR Director at Sagard and joined the firm in 2021. Leslie is responsible for strategically partnering with the firm’s People Leaders, and to operationally drive improvements in Sagard’s HR processes, procedures, and analytics. Leslie is based in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to Sagard, Leslie spent 15 years at Burgundy Asset Management Ltd., and was instrumental in building the HR capability for the firm. She modernized HR processes and procedures, and contributed to its designation as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers.

Leslie studied Accounting and Finance at Ryerson University and has completed the Strategic Human Resources Management Program at the Rotman School of Management (Executive Program).
