Alex Hawayek

Alex Hawayek currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Portal AI, an organization dedicated to equipping small and medium-sized businesses with essential tools for competitiveness against larger enterprises. Prior to this role, Alex was Chief of Staff at Vitaliti, a health-tech company focused on preventive care. Alex has extensive experience in business development, having held leadership positions including Director of Client Services at Groupe Insearch and Business Development Manager at ADVANTIS Global Inc., where significant revenue growth and strategic partnerships were achieved. Additional experience includes roles as a Health and Wellness Coach, Barre Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Instructor across various fitness organizations. Alex also has a background in recruiting for Fortune 500 companies and led people operations at lululemon, enhancing sales and customer service. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Santa Clara University and graduated from Burlingame High School.
