Nicholas Nassim

Nicholas Nassim currently serves as General Counsel at PortalAI, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Nicholas was Counsel at EST Media, leading legal efforts for a $120 million Series A startup at the intersection of generative AI, e-commerce, and social media. From September 2017 to January 2023, Nicholas worked as Associate General Counsel at WhatsApp, advising on global initiatives and contributing to the launch of payment products for over 2 billion users. Nicholas also held the position of Lead Counsel, focusing on data monetization strategies. As the sole founder of Airtimeclub.com from July 2014 to September 2017, Nicholas oversaw all aspects of the site’s development and legal responsibilities. Before this entrepreneurial venture, Nicholas was an Attorney at White & Case, representing international financial institutions in regulatory and litigation matters. Nicholas earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and attended Middlebury College.
