Joana F.

Joana F. has a diverse work experience in the field of development and technical support. Joana started their career at Porto Editora in 2014 as a Technical Support Assistant in the Multimedia Center. After that, they joined Megaklique in 2016 as a Developer and worked there until November 2020.

In 2018, Joana F. also worked at Portal da Queixa by Consumers Trust as a Multimedia Developer, where they were responsible for web design, programming, and data analysis.

In 2019, they joined Consumers Trust and worked on various projects, including Complaints Book, Libro de Quejas, and Consumers Trust itself, as a Full Stack Developer.

Their most recent position is at RéclameICI, a part of the Consumers Trust group, where they continue to work as a Full Stack Developer.

Joana F. began their education journey at Escola Secundária da Boa Nova from 2004 to 2008, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. Joana then pursued a Licentiate degree in Microbiology, General from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.
