Chandra Duggirala MD is a Co-Founder of FounderPool since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Chairman of PORTAL from 2018 to 2020, where they were building a gateway to decentralized, open finance. From 2017 to 2018, they explored business models in cryptocurrency and decentralized infrastructure projects, authored two peer reviewed white papers, and conducted customer development, market research, and crypto analysis. From 2014 to 2017, they were the CEO of tryFuel.com, the world's first intelligent, personalized nutrition engine. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Founder of Novobionics, Inc, where they invented a minimally invasive device to treat diabetes and obesity without surgery. Chandra was a Fellow at CCF from 2008 to 2009 and a Resident at Drexel University College of Medicine, Hahnemann University Hospital from 2005 to 2008. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University, where they conducted research on structure function relationships of mammalian sodium channels and ligand gating.

Chandra Duggirala MD completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Rangaraya Medical College, India. Following that, they obtained a PhD in Biology and Biophysics from Northern Illinois University. Lastly, they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program from Drexel University College of Medicine.
