Elizabeth Harney's work experience is as follows:

- Associate Scientist at Demetrix from March 2020 to July 2021.

- Senior Chemist at CW Analytical from July 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they analyzed California Pesticide/Mycotoxins using LCMS and GCMS, and was proficient in Analyst/MultiQuant and Chromeleon software.

- Research Associate III at Public Health Institute from May 2017 to June 2018. Elizabeth worked within the Biomonitoring Group, extracting human serum samples for LC/MS analysis of persistent organic pollutants.

Elizabeth Harney obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Elizabeth further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Chemistry from 2009 to 2010.
