Dr Kelly Young

Dr. Kelly Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, management, and bilingual training. Currently serving as a Professional Development Consultant at Portal Training since November 2024, Dr. Young focuses on ILM leadership and management programs, coaching, mentoring, and certification in education and training, offering services in both Welsh and English. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Cardiff Metropolitan University as a Senior Lecturer in Business, Management, and Strategy, along with various positions including Programme Director of BA (Hons) Business and Management and Manager of Welsh Medium provision. Dr. Young's expertise further extends to external verification for the Chartered Management Institute and strategic development of bilingual courses at Coleg Gwent.
